Shipping & Returns


  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday
  • Orders placed after (GMT+8) 1500 HOURS will be delivered the next business day
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday
  • In the event that the item(s) you purchased is pre-ordered or back-ordered, please allow up to 4 (FOUR) weeks for your order to ship






Free Shipping

  • Orders within Malaysia are eligible for free standard shipping
  • Orders will typically be delivered within 2-4 business days
  • If another shipping method is selected, or the shipment is international, shipping charges will apply
  • In the event of a busy holiday season and/or peak season, paid shipment (Express Delivery) will be prioritized and generally shipped faster.


Express Delivery (weight base)

  • Orders will typically be delivered within 1-2 business days


Same Day Delivery

  • Orders within Klang Valley qualify for same day delivery
  • Order will be delivered before 2300 HOURS




  • We partner with DHL to ensure your order arrives by the estimated delivery date
  • Orders will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days
  • Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or custom charges. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. We have no control over these as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.


3. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier, custom checks or by any event, which is out our reasonable control.

5. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you within 7 (seven) business days. We will do our to keep delays to a minimum




  • Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online.
  • If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing in to your account.




  • Products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you received your order.
  • All items must be returned new and unused, in the original condition they were received in along with proof of purchase
  • It is your responsibility to make sure you send the return using a recorded and tracked service, as we cannot refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 (five) business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage.
  • It can take up to 30 (thirty) days for us to receive and process your return.
